"Red"

Red is a 2001 red dun mare that is sired by High Brow Hickory and is out of Haidas Little Merry (Haidas Little Pep) and stands at 14 hands. This mare is extra special to us because she has been with our program since she was three and is a proven producer of some outstanding cow horses. She is an excellent mother and always has out produced herself no matter who she has been crossed on but crossing her with Whiskey is certainly a perfect match. Her and Whiskey produce foals with beautiful conformation, high athleticism, high cow-sense, and great minds... not to mention they have not lacked on giving us a bit of color (dun and red dun). 2023 she will have her last foal for us and it will certainly be a keeper. She will then go into retirement and live out the rest of her days here with us. It's certainly safe to say that this mare has our heart and we will forever cherish her and what she has done for our program. We retained one of her fillies (Delilah) and she will be taking her mothers place in the broodmare band for the 2023 season.
