Hibrows Irish Spark

"Empress"

Testimony

The moment I met Whiskey Shiner and his herd I knew I would one day want a foal by him. I only figured out which cross I wanted when I saw Hibrows Chanz N Danz’s (Red) 2020 filly “Delilah” cut a dog in the pasture. She showed athleticism and power at such a young age it was jaw dropping to watch some days. But, at the time I already had one elder mare and another mare on lease from Audra and couldn’t afford to think of adding to the herd. That all changed June of the next year when I put my elder mare down. I was heartbroken but I also knew it was the opportunity I had been hoping for. I knew Red’s 2021 foal wasn’t reserved yet so I asked if I could wait to know the gender before my final choice and Audra graciously agreed. On June 30th, early in the morning I got the text “Beautiful Red Dun Filly”. I remember tearing up as I hopped in my vehicle to speed over and meet the new foal. It was love at first sight and later that day I confirmed I wanted to buy the Red’s 2022 foal with Audra and the rest is history. The 2021 Filly, now named Hibrows Irish Spark aka Empress has been nothing but a blessing. She is extremely talented and level headed for her breeding. For me being very green to young horses she has been overall very easy to work with and handle! At 3 months old we were taking her inside crowded shops, on porches, and all over the farm without a whim of trouble and she has only grown from there. She had her first year of showing where she has had nothing faze her and has placing well in classes for being behind her age group birthday wise. As of right now she is currently being ground driven and loves it! She is a workaholic and always wants something to do! I am very grateful to own her and thankful Audra trusted me with her.
